Employee benefit information is available on myBENEfits View. Our platform allows employees to review benefit information online throughout the year. Additionally, the benefit information is optimized for download and is printer-friendly.
Can I get personal support?
Of Course. All employees should expect live representation throughout the year. Employees may contact us on the Member Site via MESSAGE plus, via E-mail, or by Phone. For more information, contact HR to obtain the 2019 Member Login credentials.

Who can access theCENTURE member site?
Employers may grant access to eligible full-time employees. Member pages and content are incorporated by the Employer and theCENTURE to align the Employee and participating carrier information. Employers provide unique login credentials which are updated annually.
Is personal information protected on the site?
Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) are NOT a stored data set on centurebenefits.com. The only information included on the centurebenefits.com member site pertains to Benefit Plan Documents and related Third-Party Links.
Is personal information requested on the site?
Members may choose to disclose Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on the Contact Pages & Election Form/ Other Forms Pages. The page data requested is stored on Amazon Web Services (AWS) via Adobe Document Cloud. Click here for Adobe Document Security.
Can I provide personal information offline?
Yes. In addition to offering Adobe Document Cloud Security, theCENTURE understands that some employees prefer to keep information offline; as a matter of personal preference. theCENTURE has incorporated PDF print forms for employees who choose to complete forms offline.
How can employees complete forms offline?
All employee forms can be printed and should be completed by the EMPLOYEE with BLACK INK. Employees may call theCENTURE at (800) 272-2497 to request a Proofpoint Secure E-Mail for attachment delivery, or employees may Fax-deliver or Hand-deliver forms to HR.
Is personal info requested by third-parties?
Yes. Employees may choose to disclose Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Protected Health Information (PHI) on third-party websites. Employees may review third-party site policies before disclosing PII & PHI with referenced Carriers, Courses, and Other programs.
