In the Spring of 2015, our agency presented Open Enrollment to a client.
During the presentation, an employee named “Dave”, asked a simple question. Dave asked “What am I signing?” The agent explained that the application required participant information and employee signature. After the meeting, the agent studied the application, and many other documents; in an effort to understand contract language.
